That was the question all St Johnstone fans were forced to ask themselves in the early part of 2001, when it emerged that two of our own had fallen for the hateful charms of Old Mother Drug, the vicious, toilet-loitering temptress. The debate raged on in issue 5 of the BH fanzine, alongside an interview with Allan Preston, a rare full-page defence of John Paul McBride and a feature on Aussie talent.
